Custom Homebuilding

We build custom earthen structures from the ground up. Our all-inclusive package includes:

• collaborative design and floorplan renderings
• job site clearing with optional reciprocal pond
• concrete footings and foundation
• cob or adobe exterior walls (over 1,200 square feet adobe only)
• adobe interior walls
• lime plaster interior and exterior
• plumbing and electrical ready
• finished roof
• custom concrete windowsills and countertops
• earthen floor

We do not handle permitting.

Proof of funding upfront is required for eligibility. Price and timeline estimates are per square foot. All custom homebuilding jobs are run at cost plus.
